Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to continuously evaluate our performance by regular, unscheduled site visits during the day and in the evenings when the actual work is being performed. The information gathered is utilized in developing improvements and timely corrective measures where deficiencies may be noticed.
We perform twice-monthly unannounced building inspections with written work orders being passed on to the Operations Manager, Supervisor and actual Cleaner. This enables us to be proactive for both our customer and our company. (Maintenance items noticed during these inspections will be passed on to the property manager and/or building engineer.)
